Please take the time to read through our Terms and Conditions thoroughly and ensure you understand them before you place an order with Gorgeous Greetings Co. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. By placing an order with Gorgeous Greetings Co you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Pricing?

Prices are per unit unless otherwise indicated. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Trade cost excludes GST, unless indicated. RRP includes 10% GST. Gorgeous Greetings Co. reserves the right to change the pricing at our discretion and without notice. Prices are effective July 1st, 2015. Prices do not include postage and deliver fees. Postage and delivery fees will be determined once order is confirmed and will be indicated on final invoice.

Order Minimums & Payment Terms?

A minimum order of $200 applies to all sales, unless otherwise agreed. Orders must be placed with the minimum order quantities as specified on the Price List & Order Form. Orders over $1000 receive a discount of 10%. A deposit of 50% must be made to secure the order, with full payment to be received within 2 weeks before order is dispatched. Payment terms are strictly 7 days.

Payment Options?

Gorgeous Greetings Co accepts EFTPOS, credit card, Pay Pal and bank transfer payments. If paying via bank transfer, please email a remittance advice as proof of payment. We accept credit and EFTPOS payments via our secure ANZ FastPay® mobile app and ANZ FastPay® Card Reader. We do not accept Amex or Diners card for credit card transactions.

Rebates & Consignment?

Gorgeous Greetings Co does not engage in rebates or any consignment agreements unless otherwise agreed.

Stock & Delivery?

Items that are in stock should arrive within 2 weeks of placing an order – within Australia. International orders may take longer, depending on your location. Products from Gorgeous Greetings Co are made locally in Melbourne on Australia. We only keep small quantities of stock on hand, to minimise waste. If your items is out of stock, you will be notified and we will let you know as soon as it is available, usually within 7 to 14 days. Gorgeous Greetings Co is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekend and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Proof of delivery will be supplied only if requested within 30 days of original dispatch.

Freight & Shipping?

Prices do not include freight, postage or delivery fee. Freight, postage or delivery fee will be determined once order is confirmed, and will be indicated on the final invoice. Orders over $1500 are FIS.

Property & Delivery of Goods?

The property of the goods passes to the purchaser only after the price of the goods has been paid in full. The risk of the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch.

Disclaimer?

Please note that because of the nature of the wood we use, each card will have unique wood markings which will differ from those pictured. Some of our cards are cut with a laser machine which can sometimes create slight burn marks around the edges – but we think this just adds to the charm! Wood is a natural material, so it may warp slightly due to changes in temperature and humidity. These characteristics are not considered a defect.

Returns?

We take pride in the products we design and create and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped. Our cards are protected in cellophane sleeves where possible and packed in durable shipping envelopes or packs. If you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe your product has a defect or has been damaged during shipment, please contact us so we can make things right.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. Depending on the issue, we will request you return your product or provide photographic evidence of the error or damage. We can issue a replacement or refund for your product. Please choose carefully – we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

The trademarks, service marks, names logos, designs and contents (Trademarks) of Gorgeous Greetings Co. or others used on this site are the property of Gorgeous Greetings Co. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. No material may be copied, reproduced, adapted, modified, stored, sold, published, reverse engineered, displayed, translated, disassembled, decompiled, or distributed in any way, without the express written consent of Gorgeous Greetings Co.

Indemnity?

Gorgeous Greetings Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss to income, profit or business.

Privacy Policy?

Please be assured Gorgeous Greetings Co. will protect your right to privacy. Any information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Gorgeous Greetings Co. We do not store your credit card details.
